The site is situated in a quiet location in it’s own grounds surrounded by trees. The building is of traditional construction over three floors, with a large penthouse enjoying sea views. The subterranean car park is designed for 18 cars.

Despite difficult times within the residential sector, all of the apartments were sold shortly after completion. The success of this

Development was aided by it’s quiet location near to the sea, high quality build and design and imaginative landscaping.

The apartments are very spacious with high quality fittings.
