 Conduct day to day Material analysis; material inflow versus outflow
 Update Daily production sheets, stock and delivery reports
 Assist maintenance team with breakdown and preventive maintenance
Major Projects:
 Material Analysis: Independently planned and executed material balance of the Food Packaging department for
one month. Responsibility included conforming weight of incoming stock to that of total production, including
shipped product, rejection and wastage. Regularly determined weight of Nestle and market bottle to ensure
conformity to standard. Proved that 99% of material is successfully being utilized
 Solar System Sizing for SPEL Head Office: Determined total load for SPEL Head Office to shift the system to
Solar Power. Project involved calculating array size of solar panels required, size and choice of inverter and
number of batteries required for a suitable backup time, based on type of load. Suggested effective load
management to bring the system cost down from PKR 11million to 6.2million, a saving of more than 45%
 Repair and Overhauling of UV dryer: Assisted the maintenance team in overhauling the UV dryer currently under
use in the Food Packaging Department. The machine was repaired in a record time of 60 hours to minimize
hindrance to production

MASTER’S THESIS
Thesis titled “Transient and Steady-State Thermodynamic Modeling of Modular Data Centers” develops steady-state
energy and exergy destruction models for modular data centers using four different cooling approaches. Furthermore,
transient thermal response of these data centers to dynamic loads, such as varying server load and/or to changes in
outside weather conditions has been studied
