The Managing Member Mr. Schulman has over 20 years of experience in

options arbitrage. It was at that point that he refined many of the models
that became the basis for his trading strategy. In 1986, he sold the operation
to First Option and stayed on as Vice President and General Manager of the
proprietary trading division, where he continued to expand his trading and
research operations.
Mr. Schulman returned to trading for his own account and consulting
from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Schulman’s consulting activities included
research and trading system design and the creation of trading strategies
for futures options trading. In 1998, he joined Goldenberg, Hehmeyer
to design and develop a training program for their traders. In addition,
Goldenberg, Hehmeyer appointed Mr. Schulman to develop the strategy
and implementation plan for a new screen-based trading business. In five
years, the firm became one of the largest proprietary interest rate trading
companies on exchanges in Germany, the United States and the United
Kingdom. Mr. Schulman built the operation from start-up to more than
100 traders with locations in Chicago, New York and London.
