Description:
The Certificate is Compensation and Benefits is a Three Months Distance
Learning program that provides a theoretical and practical understanding of
Compensation and Benefits.
This certification program includes an extensive evaluation procedure to certify its
successful completion. Individuals who successfully complete the course and
pass the required examination will be awarded a certificate. This Certificate will
be awarded by Highly Keen (A Registered Firm Specialized in HR).
Goals & Objectives:
 To provide knowledge to HR Professionals on compensation and benefits in
order to facilitate them in their careers in HR field.

In order to be eligible for the award of Certificate the candidate must submit all
assignments and Final Exam as per instructions. The following grading plan will
be applicable for the Certificate Course:
A+
90 – 100
A
80 – 89
B+
70 – 79
B
60 – 69
C+
50 – 59
C
40 - 49
F
below 40
Candidates who due to some reasons are unable to appear in the final exam are
required to submit a written application stating the reason for not appearing in the
exam. Highly Keen reserves the right to approve or deny such applications. If
approved, the student will be allowed to give the exam within 7 Days. In case a
candidate fails to do so, s/he will not be eligible for certificate.
