Jonathan E. Dick
Managing Director, Primus Capital Partners, LCC
Jonathan Dick joined Primus in 1991 and has 15 years of private equity
experience. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Dick served in various sales and
management roles at Lotus Development Corporation, IBM, and McKinsey &
Company. Mr. Dick earned a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from
Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Dick focuses on the firm's business services and communications investment
activities. Mr. Dick is a Director of Focus Receivables Management, Inc., Paycor,
Inc., Pegasus Development Company, LLC and Universal Tax Systems, Inc.
Some of Mr. Dick's historical investments include Digital Analysis Corporation
(acquired by Computer Associates, Inc. NYSE: CA), Focus Interactive (acquired
by Ask Jeeves Inc. NASDAQ: ASKJ) and Vikimatic Sales, Inc. (acquired by
Communications Dynamics, Inc.).
Mr. Dick serves on the Board of Directors of The Holden Arboretum and is a
member of the Harvard Business School Club of NEO Investment Committee.
Mr. Dick is a past President of the Harvard Business School Club of NEO, past
Board Member of North Union Farmers Market and past Board Member of
various private companies.
Mr. Dick is married to Suzanne Dick. Their daughter, Maggie Dick is a student at
Gilmour Academy. The family resides in Pepper Pike.
