PERNOD RICARD ALIGNS INTERNATIONAL WINE PORTFOLIO

UNDER ONE UMBRELLA

- NEW BUSINESS PREMIUM WINE BRANDS FORMED -

5 October 2010, SYDNEY - Following a strategic review of its

’ global operations Pernod Ricard has confirmed that its key international wine properties will be grouped and managed under one business which will be head quartered in Sydney and will be known as Premium Wine Brands.

T he creation of Premium Wine Brands brings together the Group’s international wine businesses and key premium wine br ands including Jacob’s

Creek

™, Brancott Estate™ (formerly Montana™), Campo Viejo™ and

Graffigna ™ under one umbrella. Alongside other key brands including

Stoneleigh, Wyndham Estate and Etchart.

Premium Wine Brands will be responsible for the global brand and portfolio strategies, as well as technical coordination, including production, viticulture and supply chain.

Premium Wine Brands will work hand in hand the Pernod Ricard distributor network globally to increase its global reach and market penetration though innovation, the development of global strategies and consumer focussed marketing campaigns. The business will also benefit through an increased focus on staff training and wine education.
