Discussion: Every group member is responsible to finish their part on time and also responsible for other
group member’s part. Group members will edit other member’s part.
Last WARNING to Shalini Chauhan: Shalini didn’t come last two meetings. Group members couldn’t
reach her by phone. She also didn’t respond last e-mails. This time is very important for all group members
to complete the project on time. Please call or email the group members as soon as possible. Our next
meeting is on April 3, 2006 in front of Library. If you don’t show up next meeting group members will take

Larry liked situation analysis in general. We need to format the paper and add outline after cover page.
We need to explain charts.
SWOT Analysis format will be same as the SWOT exercise we did in the class. We also might explain
more in detail after SWOT chart. SWOT analysis should include company, service and strategy about
the product. SWOT analysis continuation of GAP analysis.
