Grading Categories: Modules, Technical Writings, Performance/Technology Assessments,
Vocabulary
Modules consist of 7 session, module guide, RCS’s, post test and three assessments. Participation
and attendance grades are also assigned daily.

Class Requirements:
Students need to bring their agendas and a pen or pencil to class everyday. One small composition
notebook is needed to be used as a learning log. Work will be completed in class.
Classroom Rules:
 Listen to classroom directions.
 Whisper while working on the modules or seat work.
 Always obey the safety precautions posted.
 Be ready to begin work immediately.
 Leave your work station with everything back in its proper place.

 Career exploration
 PowerPoint presentations
 Class summative project using Publisher
 Flyer using Publisher
 Photo Story videos
 All projects will be completed in class.
Class Routines:
Students will be expected to enter class quietly, sit at assigned computers, and begin module
sessions or projects. Class work for each module session is to be completed daily. Teamwork will
be emphasized.
Absences and Make-Up work
Students will be expected to make up missed assignments in a timely manner after an absence. If
necessary, time after school will be arranged.
