Bahria Foundation is a welfare organization being run by Pakistan Navy. Its
educational set up is spread all over the country, working in three regional sub
sectors. I was responsible for the BFCs (Bahria Foundation Colleges) in southern
and central Punjab. I being DDCET carried out:
 administrative, academic and financial evaluation of the campuses
 designing and setting curriculum
 printing of copies, and other stationery item
 dealt with the vendors and publishers for the supply of books and other
facilities.
 prepared and executed feasibilities for new educational projects
 liaison with Government Officials and Education Ministry
 planned/conducted teacher/head training
 Planned and conduct meetings with BFCs’ faculty

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) (Azam Welfare Society)
Chief Organizer
Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) carries out teacher/head training in
Government sector. I being Chief Organizer of the NGO, was responsible for
planning and complete conduct of the teacher/head training in various schools of
Punjab.

