on Oracle Applications. Establishment, documentation and maintenance of the Quality

Project Manager responsible for the integration of a Geographic Information System into
Computer Aided Dispatching systems for emergency and rescue purposes. The Belgian Touring
Secours is making use of such applications.
Program Manager for European Union Directorate General SANCO (Consumer Health),
managing a set of projects for corrective, adaptative and evolutive maintenance of the DG
applications. These applications are characterized by their standard provision of web access to
Oracle databases, for all EU countries.

Project Manager in charge of test phase, maintenance, quality assurance and customer support
for a cartography application for aeronautical charting.
Customers included various European airlines (British Airways, Swissair, Lufthansa) and Civil
Aviation Authorities (Belgian Belgocontrol). The system was first designed for a mainframe
environment with proprietary database; I took responsibility for porting to UNIX minicomputers
and graphics workstations with a standard relational database. This involved the management of
an international/multilingual team.

Exploration-Production department of Petrofina.
In 1990, promoted Head of Geodata Systems group and responsible for organizing the
