--------TEAM RAGE COACHING DISCUSSION 10/3/2015 10AM CENTRAL –
TEAM RAGE Coaches!! HAPPY SATURDAY!!
So this is a Group IM chat for the TEAM RAGE coaches, downline and coach prospects... I will be available here on Skype during the
scheduled office hours that will appear next to my name under your contacts. This time works best for me and many of the coach
TEAM, so I apologize if this time does not work well with your schedule. Just stop in when time permits.
The purpose is to make myself available to you to help answer any questions, share stories, and help sort / sell the coaching
opportunity! The stories from each one of you is invaluable as we grow this business... thank you in advance!
SO...TAKE ADVANTAGE of these office hours if possible!! This is a great way to let the TEAM help with your coach prospects. Please
invite your downline coaches to this discussion as well. I have received excellent feedback from the sessions, in particular from the
transcript summary. I know a lot of you have similar questions, but I need YOUR participation here to help me focus the discussion in
order to provide YOU value. Thanks!!

OKAY... I HIGHLY recommend that all coaches go to your online backoffice at Team Beachbody and click "New and Training" then
“Resources” and then “Meeting Resource Center” for some great ideas and customizable tools. Also, "News and Training" then
“Events” then "Webinars and Conference Calls" then the "Webinar and Conference Call Archive" tab then click on the archived
national coach calls. These are AWESOME... whether you are a new coach or veteran, you WILL get something out of these calls
including motivation. I usually listen to the calls while I do coaching work online. Calls are usually about 45 minutes. BRING IT!!
The COACH TRAINING ACADEMY IS NOW ACTIVE IN YOUR BACKOFFICE, GREAT FOR YOUR NEW COACHES!
CONGRATS on a great week... several new coaches to the Team, welcome, and momentum is significant.
I recorded a short call, 5-6 min, where you can direct your prospects to listen if you would like where I share the business and MY
story with a call to action to follow-up with you to get started. Stories sell, and sometimes a third-party success story can be
extremely powerful. Another tool in the coach toolbox.
(518) 777.0055
You can also use the number for on-demand 3-way calls with your prospects and I get reports on who called and how long they
listened every day if you want to track a prospect.

[10/3/15, 10:05:42 AM] Mike Nowak: Going as in good or bad Robb? I think I see you signed 3 coaches in the past days!
[10/3/15, 10:05:51 AM] Steven Hattan: I hope my challenge group generates at least a half dozen Sneak Peakers.
3
[10/3/15, 10:05:59 AM] Mike Nowak: Sounds good, Steve. I hope so. They seem to be working well.
[10/3/15, 10:06:15 AM] Steven Hattan: Wow Robb. Excellent job.

[10/3/15, 10:06:44 AM] Susann Robbins: I am good.
[10/3/15, 10:06:49 AM] Susann Robbins: Hi Steve
[10/3/15, 10:07:21 AM] Robb Martin: Talking to a ton of people
[10/3/15, 10:07:37 AM] Steven Hattan: ...and it's not even a secret.
[10/3/15, 10:07:45 AM] Mike Nowak: I have had a nice response to my help wanted ad and Dustin came to us from the ad and
enjoying the sneak peek. We got on the phone yesterday and were able to determine it is a great fit and he signed with Body Beast
CP. I am so excited for him. The ads can work well. I didn't know Dustin yesterday morning.
[10/3/15, 10:08:08 AM] Robb Martin: Amazing Mike
[10/3/15, 10:08:16 AM] Mike Nowak: Susann - How is the communication going with the therapist office for your partnership?
[10/3/15, 10:08:21 AM] Steven Hattan: Extremely important that you post stuff like that.
[10/3/15, 10:08:36 AM] Mike Nowak: Robb there are a TON of people that need what we have, just need to get to them.
[10/3/15, 10:08:53 AM] Robb Martin: That's it
[10/3/15, 10:09:05 AM] Robb Martin: Talk talk talk
[10/3/15, 10:09:17 AM] Susann Robbins: I have submitted my proposal and my résumé. They are busy throughout this month but
we working on a meeting at the end of the month.
[10/3/15, 10:09:21 AM] Steven Hattan: So, you created an ad, spent a few bucks, Dustin responded and you just made an initial $50.
[10/3/15, 10:09:37 AM] Steven Hattan: ...and helped someone...
[10/3/15, 10:09:44 AM] Susann Robbins: Trying to figure out how to put together a promotional video to present during the
meeting.
[10/3/15, 10:09:52 AM] Mike Nowak: Talking on the phone is key Robb vs. messages all the time. Much quicker to build relationship
and get to a decision to save everyone time in the process.
[10/3/15, 10:09:53 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: Hey everyone!
[10/3/15, 10:10:01 AM] Susann Robbins: Hey Shelsey
[10/3/15, 10:10:16 AM] Steven Hattan: Good morning.
4
[10/3/15, 10:10:18 AM] Mike Nowak: Sounds good, Susann. Keep me posted I am excited to see where this goes for you and the
office.
[10/3/15, 10:11:00 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve - Yes. And there are many others interested as well from the same ad these past few
days. Win-win for everyone. As they build a business everyone benefits as well even more.
[10/3/15, 10:11:00 AM] Dustin Lair: I'm a Lil late but here lol
[10/3/15, 10:11:04 AM] Susann Robbins: I am so excited, I can hardly stand it. My dreams and goals are taking shape.

[10/3/15, 10:12:08 AM] Robb Martin: Welcome Dustin!
[10/3/15, 10:12:13 AM] Dustin Lair: Thank you Shelsey :)
[10/3/15, 10:12:32 AM] Dustin Lair: Thanks first tee :)
[10/3/15, 10:12:34 AM] ryan.gleason11: Morning everyone!
[10/3/15, 10:12:35 AM] Mike Nowak: So Dustin I know you JUST got signed up, but were busy last night getting up to speed. Any
questions thus far?
[10/3/15, 10:12:43 AM] ryan.gleason11: Welcome Dustin
5
[10/3/15, 10:12:44 AM] Susann Robbins: Hey Ryan
[10/3/15, 10:13:00 AM] Mike Nowak: Team - Any tips for Dustin getting started? Of course I have him plugged into some training,
etc. plus we chatter, but tips that worked for you to get started?
[10/3/15, 10:13:06 AM] Steven Hattan: Hey Dustin! Welcome aboard.
[10/3/15, 10:13:10 AM] Mike Nowak: Hey Ryan - How are you? Welcome back. It is has been forever!
[10/3/15, 10:13:55 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: I guess just start plugging in those 3 vital behaviours. Talk to people, constantly add to your
network. And listen to the archive of national wakeup calls!
[10/3/15, 10:14:01 AM] Dustin Lair: Can I make a page for my self on fb Mike is that OK so I'm not sharing my coaching and personal
life on the same page ?
[10/3/15, 10:14:27 AM] Susann Robbins: Dustin, that's a great idea. Do a business page.
[10/3/15, 10:14:45 AM] Dustin Lair: Thank you Mr. Hatton
[10/3/15, 10:14:49 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: Dustin, you CAN of course create a page, but in any case, if you share nothing but coaching
stuff on it, people aren’t going to respond right away anyway. I’d still recommend weaving coaching stuff in on your personal page
[10/3/15, 10:14:54 AM] Susann Robbins: I think we all have business pages
[10/3/15, 10:15:03 AM] Steven Hattan: Dustin...Mike lives, eats and breathes Beach Body in a super positive way. He is a wealth of
information and really wants you to succeed in what you're doing. Best tip I can give is to keep in touch w Mike as much as possible
(sorry Mike, don't mean to put extra pressure on you).
[10/3/15, 10:15:03 AM] Mike Nowak: Dustin - Yes! That is what I did. I have www.Facebook.com/Mike.J.Nowak as my personal page
and www.Facebook.com/HowDoIGetRipped for my business. You will see I have a link though on my personal under work to the
business page.
[10/3/15, 10:15:22 AM] ryan.gleason11: Thanks Mike, it has been
[10/3/15, 10:15:39 AM] Mike Nowak: Ha, Steve, anytime I am here for the team. I love this stuff!
[10/3/15, 10:16:05 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: as long as you’re still posting stuff about your life and your interests to keep people engaged.
A lot of new coaches (myself included when I started) go a little too “beachbody crazy” and post a bunch of sales stuff on their page,
and usually people respond better to stuff about what beachbody is doing for you personally!
[10/3/15, 10:16:14 AM] Susann Robbins: I have link to my business on personal as well and repost stuff from the business page to
my personal page.
[10/3/15, 10:16:28 AM] Mike Nowak: Shelsey is correct, Dustin, share value to the page such as fitness and nutrition tips and weave
in your coaching/challenge group stuff along the way.
[10/3/15, 10:16:38 AM] Dustin Lair: Awesome thank you I set up my Web pages last night and basically started familiarizing my self
with the coach page only one problem I can't rotation my profile pic lol no matter what I do
[10/3/15, 10:16:48 AM] Susann Robbins: It is all about the balance and being authentic.
[10/3/15, 10:17:05 AM] Mike Nowak: Exactly Shelsey. And I hardly ever use names of products just something about the concept so
they ask more vs. going to eBay or amazon:)
[10/3/15, 10:17:17 AM] ryan.gleason11: Have some fun Dustin and don't be scared to try stuff. I would recommend just messaging
all of your current Facebook friends while adding new ones.
6
[10/3/15, 10:17:19 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: and honestly, most of my beachbody invites are done behind the scenes in personal
messaging anyway
[10/3/15, 10:17:21 AM] Mike Nowak: Dustin - Send it to me. I can help with the pic.
[10/3/15, 10:17:54 AM] Mike Nowak: Right on, Ryan and Shelsey. Private messages and get them on the phone to discuss
opportunities.
[10/3/15, 10:18:02 AM] Dustin Lair: Ok awesome I'll do that for sure Shelsey and Mike I also wanted to do some motivational quotes
on the fb page :)
[10/3/15, 10:18:16 AM] Dustin Lair: Sending it now Mike thank you lol
[10/3/15, 10:18:26 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: Absolutely! I find that telling a little bit of your story with those motivational quotes works
well too.
[10/3/15, 10:18:29 AM] ryan.gleason11: I agree with Shelsey. I am almost always initiating the discussion. Rarely do people reach
out to me but it is starting to happen more frequently.
[10/3/15, 10:18:32 AM] Susann Robbins: Quotes are great, I make sure to post them regularly.
[10/3/15, 10:19:09 AM] Mike Nowak: Yes, Dustin I do one of those on average a day and then tips and something funny, link to my
website. I found for me posting 5 times a day works well (breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 2 snacks just like our nutrition). I find
noon is the best for my audience through the FB insights on the page so I always link to my website at noon. You can pre-schedule
posts to make it easy.
[10/3/15, 10:19:57 AM] Dustin Lair: Oh ok very cool thank yall for the great advise I appreciate it :)
[10/3/15, 10:20:14 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: I know it’s a lot when you’re starting lol. It can be pretty overwhelming!
[10/3/15, 10:20:19 AM] Susann Robbins: Great comparison Mike
[10/3/15, 10:20:55 AM] Mike Nowak: For sure it can be overwhelming. Dustin like we chatted yesterday, there is a ton of training
available, but let's focus on the basics and talking to people. I can help with 3 way calls, etc. as needed.
[10/3/15, 10:21:21 AM] Dustin Lair: Very awesome thanks Mike
[10/3/15, 10:21:34 AM] Dustin Lair: Very true Shelsey lol
[10/3/15, 10:21:42 AM] Susann Robbins: Is your recorded call still move, Mike
[10/3/15, 10:21:47 AM] Susann Robbins: Mike?
[10/3/15, 10:21:56 AM] Steven Hattan: ...and avoid paralysis of analysis...like most do.
[10/3/15, 10:22:02 AM] Mike Nowak: What's that Susann?
[10/3/15, 10:22:19 AM] Susann Robbins: Steve, how are you coming with your hash tag s?
[10/3/15, 10:22:32 AM] Susann Robbins: The call for the coach opportunity
[10/3/15, 10:22:54 AM] Steven Hattan: Well, I'll definitely be using them tomorrow as I do that Hammer/Chisel contest thing.
[10/3/15, 10:23:20 AM] Susann Robbins: Do you have a business name Steve?
7
[10/3/15, 10:23:35 AM] Mike Nowak: The business opportunity call I recorded, Susann? YES! The Team has been using it with good
results. I tell my story and talk about the business need and opportunity with a call to action back to the person that sent them
the number. Great for 3 way calls with prospects as well. Available 24/7, no passcode required at 518.777.0055
[10/3/15, 10:24:36 AM] Susann Robbins: Yeah, that calk is a great tool.
[10/3/15, 10:24:57 AM] Steven Hattan: Susann...I have three business names that evolve around real estate. I have one with Beach
Body, Conquer the Beach. I'm working on another one and will decide on the name this week. I think Mike might be helping me w
that one.
[10/3/15, 10:25:20 AM] Susann Robbins: Call not calk, geez. Sorry my phone keeps switching back and forth between English and
German.
[10/3/15, 10:25:27 AM] Mike Nowak: Thanks Susann. Yes, Steve you are right. No paralysis please everyone, just do it!
You learn from experience, you will make mistakes. We all do, but that is how you grow.
[10/3/15, 10:25:55 AM] Mike Nowak: Tell your phone I want to a bratwurst for lunch:) Send it over.
[10/3/15, 10:26:08 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: Absolutely, Mike. I’ve learned this last month that the biggest mistake you can make is to not
stay consistent!
[10/3/15, 10:26:15 AM] Robb Martin: 100% Mike, trial and error
[10/3/15, 10:26:24 AM] Susann Robbins: Incorporate your business name into your hash tags.
[10/3/15, 10:26:46 AM] Susann Robbins: Lol me too Mike and some good beer, lol
[10/3/15, 10:26:50 AM] Robb Martin: Treat this business like your workouts - consistent and lifestyle
[10/3/15, 10:27:21 AM] Mike Nowak: I have been doing this coaching thing for 6+ years. There is no secret sauce, but talking to a lot
of people, following up and trying different ways to reach more people. Everyone is different on what works for their target
audience so don't be frustrated if something doesn't work exactly the same for you. Tweak until you find what works for you.
[10/3/15, 10:27:38 AM] Susann Robbins: I have to get my groove back and get back to it. While also getting things ready for the
center.
[10/3/15, 10:28:00 AM] ryan.gleason11: Has anybody been trying anything new lately?
[10/3/15, 10:28:27 AM] Mike Nowak: Ryan I am looking at cinema advertising at the local theaters!
[10/3/15, 10:28:36 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: I’ve gotta go, I promised my son I’d take him out for lunch and he wants to go lol
[10/3/15, 10:28:47 AM] Susann Robbins: Wow nice, Mike.
[10/3/15, 10:29:03 AM] Dustin Lair: We have a few local community days coming up and I thought about setting up a tent there also
[10/3/15, 10:29:07 AM] Shelsey Jarvis: Have a great Saturday and I want to hear more about this cinema advertising thing!
[10/3/15, 10:29:07 AM] Mike Nowak: Later Shelsey, keep going like we discussed. You got this. Have fun!
[10/3/15, 10:29:08 AM] Susann Robbins: Have a great day, weekend and week Shelsey
[10/3/15, 10:29:30 AM] Mike Nowak: Dustin that is great, I will tag you on a post in the coach page that has great info on doing
events like that!
[10/3/15, 10:29:38 AM] Susann Robbins: Dustin, those are great to get your name out and get contacts.
8
[10/3/15, 10:29:39 AM] Steven Hattan: I think there is a correlation between growing a business and becoming healthier. In the
beginning people who are looking to lose weight don't really believe it will happen and quit before results are achieved or noticed.
However, once they get their first, "Hey...are you losing weight" from someone, it not only convinces that person to continue but it
MOTIVATES them to WANT to do it. It's kind of the same thing with a business. People start out doing some ads or talking, etc., but
don't see any results. Once a few checks comes in the mail and it actually makes in IMPACT in your finances, people not only get
MOTIVATED...they WANT to do it.
[10/3/15, 10:30:09 AM] Susann Robbins: I am part of several groups on Facebook for at home vendors.
[10/3/15, 10:30:15 AM] Dustin Lair: Awesome thanks Mike :)
[10/3/15, 10:30:31 AM] Mike Nowak: Dustin - Event booths: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6xt5tFqXUk
[10/3/15, 10:30:39 AM] Susann Robbins: Can you tag me too Mike?
[10/3/15, 10:30:49 AM] steph: hello sorry for being late
[10/3/15, 10:31:00 AM] ryan.gleason11: Cinema advertising?
[10/3/15, 10:31:19 AM] Steven Hattan: I experienced the health part and I'm right on the cusp of experiencing the business part. As
I mentioned to Mike, the wife and I received a BB check in the mail. I thought it was for 10 dollars. Wife thought it'd be for 5 dollars.
Well, it was $80. Totally not expected.
[10/3/15, 10:31:35 AM] Dustin Lair: I thought it would do ok I live in the middle of 3 communities and all of them are fairly health
conscious
[10/3/15, 10:31:51 AM] Susann Robbins: Nothing much new here Ryan. Did Chalene's instagram training and revised my hash tags.
Getting more fee e followers that way.
[10/3/15, 10:32:00 AM] Dustin Lair: That's awesome Steven
[10/3/15, 10:32:13 AM] ryan.gleason11: That sounds cool sue
[10/3/15, 10:32:51 AM] ryan.gleason11: I haven't tried the Instagram thing yet. Do you reach out and connect with your followers?
[10/3/15, 10:33:02 AM] Susann Robbins: Helped me realign, I have access for ever and can revisited everything.
[10/3/15, 10:33:10 AM] steph: I listen to her podcast when I’m on the train
[10/3/15, 10:34:05 AM] Susann Robbins: I have build a following and started conversations. Now I have people approaching me to
feature their products or become a brand athlete. It takes some time, you have to find your niche and stick with it.
[10/3/15, 10:34:21 AM] Mike Nowak: So, the cinema ads are REALLY cool. Really cool. Not going to be cheap, but can be cost
effective. ROI to be determined, but you get a 15 or 30 second spot right before the movie starts. You can pick a theater, for
example, and get a 15 sec spot before the movie starts and they show in all the screens all day before every movie. There is a cost to
create the ad formatted for the big screen, about $700. Then, depending on theater and length of running the ad your weekly cost is
determined. Through demographics I found a local theater that fits my market perfect with a nice mix of age, fitness interested and
parent lifestyle. It look like it will cost me about $75-$100 per week to advertise or so. If you advertise longer costs go way down, but
you have to commit to it. I would create a text number they can text for more info, which would dump them into a opt-in form for
more info and then I would contact them via phone. Would be pretty amazing I think over the holidays!
[10/3/15, 10:34:58 AM] Susann Robbins: I thought it was pretty cool to see Melissa McAllister like my posts. I got retweeted by
Chalene a few times as well.
[10/3/15, 10:35:39 AM] Steven Hattan: Now $80 isn't a substantial amount of money...you know...to quit your day job but that
single check paid for 1/3 of car bill...and this will happen every month. Once she has done this a few more times, she basically gets a
9
free car as her BB checks pay for it. As mentioned we on the cusp of really getting this down and becoming the next Robb, Vic and
Mike's of the world. Anyway...just my two cents. :-)
[10/3/15, 10:36:07 AM] Mike Nowak: Susann I tagged you on the vendor thing too. Steve, you are correct. Seeing is believing in
anything. Great analogy.
[10/3/15, 10:36:08 AM] ryan.gleason11: Yeah, that sounds pretty unbelievable!
[10/3/15, 10:36:14 AM] Susann Robbins: That's great Steve!
[10/3/15, 10:36:19 AM] Susann Robbins: Thanks Mike
[10/3/15, 10:36:52 AM] Mike Nowak: Sneak Peek of Hammer & Chisel coming in DEC is now up on Beachbody on Demand! I get to
the first ever live H&C workout next week at Leadership in CA. I will take some pics and video!
http://www.teambeachbody.com/teambeachbodyblog/fitness/begin-your-masterpiece-with-a-sneak-peek-at-the-mastershammer-and-chisel?ICID=CT_BLOG_MHC_SNEAK_PEEK
[10/3/15, 10:37:06 AM] Mike Nowak: Hey Steph how are you today?
[10/3/15, 10:37:37 AM] steph: I’m good sorry about the late entry between studying
[10/3/15, 10:37:58 AM] Susann Robbins: Like I said one of the big things is to incorporate your brand into your hash tags. Like this:
#singlemom#singleparent #tattoos #fitmoms #workit#youreworthit #sweat #health #eatclean #nevergiveup #drinkwater #hydrate
#strong #waterbottle #hotmess #hotmessmomma #hotmessmommafitness. Those are mine, took me trial and error to get them
right as well as growth and defining my brand.
[10/3/15, 10:38:05 AM] Steven Hattan: Mike...do you have a video created yet or everything still in the planning stages. I am super
interested to see the analytics of your results. I'm sure you'll type a volume about it when you happens. :-)
[10/3/15, 10:38:32 AM] Steven Hattan: Mike...do you need an assistant for CA?
[10/3/15, 10:38:41 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve, yes $80 makes a big difference for people. Dustin has a strong why and will have a good
plan to help people consistently and also make a difference in his life. Amazing and inspirational stuff.
[10/3/15, 10:39:10 AM] Susann Robbins: Hey Steph
[10/3/15, 10:39:22 AM] steph: hello sue
[10/3/15, 10:39:55 AM] Mike Nowak: LOL, Steve. You know I am like to use words! I am talking with a third party to make the video
and deciding if I want to do this. I am really leaning toward it, but it would suck if I committed to 8 months on the big screen with no
ROI.
[10/3/15, 10:40:04 AM] Susann Robbins: Mike any more tips for my promo video? I know which programs and supplements I want
to do. Slide show with comments? What do you think?
[10/3/15, 10:40:43 AM] Mike Nowak: Susann - yes, I would weave your story into the video so that they know who they are working
with and build that trust from the start. Of course what the products have done for you type thing.
[10/3/15, 10:41:15 AM] Susann Robbins: Cool, that's what I will work on then.
[10/3/15, 10:41:25 AM] steph: I’m a little behind what is the video for ?
[10/3/15, 10:42:08 AM] Mike Nowak: Okay so far for today we have Steve, Dustin, Ryan, Robb, Susann, Steph, Shelsey. Did I miss
anyone? You are all in the running for the $25 cash prize for most attendance in October (Success Club points tie breaker).
Remember, beginning this month the winner is determined from total Skype + Thursday Hangout attendance. Bring it!
[10/3/15, 10:42:14 AM] Robb Martin: Steve way too kind as I want to be the next Mike
10
[10/3/15, 10:42:35 AM] Mike Nowak: Ha, thanks Robb. You can have my lower back disc herniation if you would like.
[10/3/15, 10:42:44 AM] steph: what is the thing on thurs? is that like skyping and zoom?
[10/3/15, 10:43:03 AM] Steven Hattan: I'm super interested to see if it works or not. My only concern would be is if people are in
the right frame of mind to respond.
[10/3/15, 10:43:10 AM] Susann Robbins: Google hangouts
[10/3/15, 10:43:21 AM] Mike Nowak: Steph - We are talking about a video that Susann is going to use to promote the products at a
therapist office and also a video I am planning to put together to get my face on the big screen in local theaters for ads.
[10/3/15, 10:43:25 AM] Robb Martin: Mike, thought on Hammer and Chisel
[10/3/15, 10:43:52 AM] steph: ok
[10/3/15, 10:44:05 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve - Yes, I now. It is a captive audience though and especially around the holidays this could
be huge. I would need to make it funny and attention grabbing. I probably would not name any products just what I can do to help
them.
[10/3/15, 10:44:34 AM] Steven Hattan: Yes, I've been doing the Google Hangouts for the last month. They're great and have been
super productive. It's serious, focused business building stuff. Last week we really concentrated on the psychology of the FB ad.
[10/3/15, 10:45:01 AM] Mike Nowak: Robb - I like it so far. The Hammer Iso Speed was killer with the tempo. It was super short
though at 25 minutes and that included around 5+ minutes of warmup / cooldown. I am pumped for the program. Expect more
details next week at Leadership Retreat.
[10/3/15, 10:45:20 AM] Susann Robbins: I have to put that into my calendar.
[10/3/15, 10:45:40 AM] Steven Hattan: Ha...you should have a skinny santa clause who says, "I made the mistake of hanging out
Mike Nowak".
[10/3/15, 10:45:49 AM] Mike Nowak: Yes, Steve it has been great having you on there. I love those chats, Super fun for me to just
get in the weeds and screen share some stuff to get work done, vs. philosophy and you all just listening.
[10/3/15, 10:46:02 AM] Susann Robbins: Lol like the way you think Steve
[10/3/15, 10:46:08 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve - lol.

[10/3/15, 10:47:10 AM] Robb Martin: My wife loved Chisel and not big into lifting
[10/3/15, 10:47:24 AM] Robb Martin: I would love to see a Beast 2
[10/3/15, 10:47:26 AM] Steven Hattan: Mike...are you familiar with Chalene Extreme?
11
[10/3/15, 10:47:33 AM] Mike Nowak: Super Saturday is coming October 17th weekend. I highly recommend going to a local event,
find one here: http://tbbcoach411.com/super-saturday/
[10/3/15, 10:47:35 AM] Susann Robbins: I am going to do the sneak peeks this weekend.
[10/3/15, 10:47:37 AM] Steven Hattan: Or is anyone familiar w Chalene Extreme?
[10/3/15, 10:47:45 AM] steph: I was looking at that
[10/3/15, 10:47:46 AM] Susann Robbins: Any tips for getting into videos?
[10/3/15, 10:48:42 AM] Mike Nowak: Robb _ I would love a Beast 2. The Hammer workouts may provide some of that, but we will
see how much. It was nice to see men and women in his workout this time. I haven't tried Chisel yet, but Val and others liked it.
[10/3/15, 10:49:07 AM] steph: I was gunna try it but I need to get my ball
[10/3/15, 10:49:12 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve - I have done some of Chalean Extreme and my wife has. I like it since it is more weights
vs. her other stuff. Muscle burns fat!
[10/3/15, 10:49:28 AM] Susann Robbins: I mean in general. I want to get into doing videos personally.
[10/3/15, 10:49:37 AM] steph: if u don’t have a ball or weight bench it says u can stand up
[10/3/15, 10:49:58 AM] Mike Nowak: Susann - What do you mean? Making a video for promo or YouTube, or being in a workout
video from beachbody, or being the next Richard Simmons yourself?
[10/3/15, 10:49:58 AM] Susann Robbins: I have a weight bench.
[10/3/15, 10:50:11 AM] Steven Hattan: We're running out of 'fun' programs and down to the last handful or so. Wife LOVES
Extreme and is struggling what to do next.
[10/3/15, 10:50:40 AM] Susann Robbins: Oh hell no, I might have the hair to match. But that's where it stops. Lol.
[10/3/15, 10:50:50 AM] Mike Nowak: lol
[10/3/15, 10:50:55 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve - CIZE!
[10/3/15, 10:51:04 AM] Susann Robbins: No, I was thinking just general videos sharing parts of my story.
[10/3/15, 10:51:21 AM] Dustin Lair: Just finished that video on having a booth very informative thank you Mike
[10/3/15, 10:51:24 AM] steph: sue do u have periscope
[10/3/15, 10:51:26 AM] Susann Robbins: Cize is a blast
[10/3/15, 10:51:28 AM] steph: many ppl use that
[10/3/15, 10:51:28 AM] Mike Nowak: If you want to hire someone check www.elance.com, www.fiverr.com is good for smaller
projects like images, etc.
[10/3/15, 10:51:33 AM] Susann Robbins: Yes I do Steph
[10/3/15, 10:51:51 AM] Susann Robbins: But I want to save them to my YouTube channel
[10/3/15, 10:52:05 AM] Mike Nowak: Great Dustin, you are welcome. Check the comments section on the post I tagged you in the
coach group as there is some good discussion there and insight from the team on what has worked for them.
12
[10/3/15, 10:52:23 AM] Susann Robbins: I will have to find some topics to talk about and keep periscopes short
[10/3/15, 10:52:33 AM] Dustin Lair: Ok will do
[10/3/15, 10:52:35 AM] Mike Nowak: Susann you should be able to record those?
[10/3/15, 10:52:51 AM] Mike Nowak: Wow, great discussion today team. Any other questions?
[10/3/15, 10:53:02 AM] steph: what time thurs
[10/3/15, 10:53:07 AM] Susann Robbins: Yeah. Just gotta take the first step
[10/3/15, 10:53:08 AM] Steven Hattan: I am too. On October 12 I will do 21 Day Fix but I have to choose one of the remaining by
Monday:

Brazil Butt Lift® Master Series
Slim in 6®
Tai Cheng™
[10/3/15, 10:53:17 AM] Mike Nowak: For those investigating Periscope live video feeds for your business, more info below from 2

[10/3/15, 10:53:44 AM] Susann Robbins: Thanks Mike
[10/3/15, 10:53:45 AM] Steven Hattan: suggestions anyone?
[10/3/15, 10:53:58 AM] Dustin Lair: Awesome thanks again
[10/3/15, 10:54:04 AM] Steven Hattan: Jeez...only four more to go!!
[10/3/15, 10:54:11 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve - Ugh. Tai Cheng should be done in doubles so that may be a good choice or 10 Min
Trainer. BBL will be interesting for you:)
[10/3/15, 10:54:33 AM] Steven Hattan: Not sure what you mean Doubles.
[10/3/15, 10:54:37 AM] Mike Nowak: Steve, but you will have Hammer and Chisel December and likely another program early
February and another July. They will keep coming!
[10/3/15, 10:54:44 AM] ryan.gleason11: I haven't done any of those Steve. You look like you would be a good dancer though.
[10/3/15, 10:54:50 AM] Dustin Lair: I'm so ready for body beast it should be here in a few days :)
[10/3/15, 10:54:57 AM] Mike Nowak: Doubles = 2 workouts in a day. You know, like you have been doing for years.
[10/3/15, 10:55:04 AM] Steven Hattan: Alright...Give Ryan a demerit!
[10/3/15, 10:55:11 AM] Steven Hattan: Oh. ok.
[10/3/15, 10:55:22 AM] Mike Nowak: Dustin - I am a HUGE fan of Body Beast. Love it. What does everyone else thing of Body Beast?
Most here have done it.
[10/3/15, 10:55:59 AM] Steven Hattan: Time to get Beasty. It's a great program. Sagi is absolutely no-nonsense.
13
[10/3/15, 10:56:12 AM] ryan.gleason11: Steve - haha, just giving you a hard time. Cize is fun though.
[10/3/15, 10:56:18 AM] Susann Robbins: Well I doing cize and will follow it with beast. I think, Lol.
[10/3/15, 10:56:18 AM] Dustin Lair: That is awesome I'm gonna need all the strength I can get come January at the highland games
[10/3/15, 10:56:35 AM] Susann Robbins: Highland games Dustin?
[10/3/15, 10:56:41 AM] Susann Robbins: What's that?
[10/3/15, 10:56:56 AM] Steven Hattan: If you give it your best, Beast will produce results. Legs are a killer the first month. Make
sure you're nutrition is good and you will impress EVERYONE when the program is completed.
[10/3/15, 10:56:59 AM] Susann Robbins: I am working toward Spartan trifecta.
[10/3/15, 10:57:00 AM] Dustin Lair: I plan on using me competing in my fb page also as a testimonial to body beast
[10/3/15, 10:57:16 AM] Steven Hattan: I still have to give my review in BattleFrog.
[10/3/15, 10:57:18 AM] ryan.gleason11: I need Body Beast again. I did it for 5 months last year at it is awesome. I had no idea how
to lift properly so it made a huge difference for me.
[10/3/15, 10:57:31 AM] Mike Nowak: Yeah I ended up gaining 12 pounds of lean muscle on Body Beast in 90 days and lost 3% body
fat at that. Amazing program.
[10/3/15, 10:58:00 AM] Dustin Lair: It's like the strong man competitions sue field events all day in strength wearing a kilt lol
[10/3/15, 10:58:13 AM] Susann Robbins: Oh my, lol
[10/3/15, 10:58:25 AM] Steven Hattan: It's all good Ryan. I'll invite you into my 'secret' life. ;-) haha
[10/3/15, 10:58:25 AM] Dustin Lair: That is awesome Mike
[10/3/15, 10:58:51 AM] steph: I may get a new program not sure what one tho
[10/3/15, 10:59:04 AM] Steven Hattan: Dustin, he still looks like a punk, though.
[10/3/15, 10:59:10 AM] Susann Robbins: What have you done Steph?
[10/3/15, 10:59:23 AM] Mike Nowak: Agreed Ryan. I have been doing Body Beast now for almost 3 months. It is low impact so my
back is mostly okay with it vs. other programs, which are too much bending and twisting. I was in a bad way with my back and after 6
months of not working out and decided I needed to just work out again for my mental sake. I also felt it would help rebuild my back
and stabilizing muscles. I have seen HUGE improvements in my recovery since I started. I plan to do Hammer & Chisel then in Dec.
[10/3/15, 10:59:30 AM] ryan.gleason11: Alright team! I have to run. I have the afternoon to get my business back under control for
the month of October. I lost the consistency in September. Thanks for all the motivation!
[10/3/15, 10:59:32 AM] Dustin Lair: Haha that's funny Steven lol
[10/3/15, 10:59:57 AM] Steven Hattan: Have a great weekend Ryan
[10/3/15, 11:00:07 AM] steph: 21df 21 dxf t25 ( back in the day my uncle gave me insanity and p90x but never did them concisely )
[10/3/15, 11:00:08 AM] ryan.gleason11: I am down with Hammer and Chisel too. This shoulder dislocation is worrying me though.
[10/3/15, 11:00:13 AM] Mike Nowak: Go get it Ryan, thanks for attending!!
14
[10/3/15, 11:00:16 AM] Susann Robbins: Have great weekend Ryan
[10/3/15, 11:00:27 AM] Dustin Lair: Have a good one Ryan
[10/3/15, 11:00:33 AM] Mike Nowak: Steph what are your goals and what do you like?
[10/3/15, 11:00:37 AM] steph: iv done max 30 on bod
[10/3/15, 11:00:42 AM] ryan.gleason11: Thanks Steve and Sue. Everyone have a great weekend! Thanks for hosting Mike
[10/3/15, 11:00:53 AM] Mike Nowak: No problem, talk soon!
[10/3/15, 11:00:55 AM] steph: I have piyo also and I’m a PiYo live instructor
[10/3/15, 11:01:21 AM] Mike Nowak: Have you done PiYo Steph? If not, seems like a good idea
[10/3/15, 11:01:22 AM] Steven Hattan: I finish PiYo tomorrow. Strength Intervals and Drench. Whoo Hooo!
[10/3/15, 11:01:36 AM] Susann Robbins: Nice. Why not do the full insanity Max 30?
[10/3/15, 11:01:44 AM] steph: I tried it and personally I didn’t like the cds I’m more advance and I felt like it was slow
[10/3/15, 11:02:15 AM] steph: I may retry them
[10/3/15, 11:02:18 AM] Mike Nowak: One of my all-time favorites Steph is Insanity Asylum Volume 1.
[10/3/15, 11:02:26 AM] Mike Nowak: Should be on Beachbody on Demand
[10/3/15, 11:02:34 AM] Susann Robbins: I get distracted during piyo, I like it every so often but I can't seem to do the entire
program.
[10/3/15, 11:02:45 AM] Steven Hattan: I agree Steph. It was tough for me to get through as it was a little slower than the rest. Had
to do it though.
[10/3/15, 11:02:57 AM] Dustin Lair: I've gotta run also need to go to the gym and catch a quick nap before work tonight I've only
slept about 3 hours since I got off this morning but couldn't miss this chat :)
[10/3/15, 11:03:15 AM] Steven Hattan: Take care Dustin. Once again, welcome aboard!
[10/3/15, 11:03:22 AM] Mike Nowak: I thought PiYo was okay. I asked Chalene while getting a pic if it is good for people with bad
knees. She said yes and cited low impact. I tried it for a couple weeks and my knees were hurting so I stopped. Some of the
lunge/twist moves were not good for me.
[10/3/15, 11:03:36 AM] Susann Robbins: Have a great weekend and week ahead everyone. Time to get the day started.
[10/3/15, 11:03:49 AM] Dustin Lair: Thank you again Steven yall have a good one :)
[10/3/15, 11:03:57 AM] Mike Nowak: Thanks for coming to the chat Dustin and congrats again. Let's do this!! Have an amazing day
man and start weaving your new lifestyle in when it makes sense to conversations:)
[10/3/15, 11:04:03 AM] Susann Robbins: Have a good one Dustin
[10/3/15, 11:04:28 AM] Dustin Lair: Will do Mike thank you
[10/3/15, 11:04:30 AM] Mike Nowak: Okay, any last comments or questions before we head out and help some people this
weekend?
15
[10/3/15, 11:04:37 AM] Steven Hattan: Alrighty...time to get back to the puzzle. Thankfully I have BOD.
[10/3/15, 11:04:37 AM] steph: I may to insanely asylum too. I like PiYo and yoga but idk if I could do a whole program on it … that
just me I’m more of a fast pace person but I do it like once or twice a week
[10/3/15, 11:04:39 AM] Dustin Lair: You have a good one also sue
[10/3/15, 11:04:49 AM] Mike Nowak: Thanks Dustin, talk soon
