Our Product Development Team is offering a traineeship starting as soon as possible for a
duration of up to 8 months and within the timeframe of your school’s program. You will be
working on the diverse processes referring to the area of product marketing analysis for the
JAFRA color, toiletries, skin care and or fragrance brands. This is an excellent opportunity to
work with and achieve training and experience in the cosmetics industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Filter in Sales Data from all JAFRA Markets
• Find and implement solutions for more efficient reporting
• Perform Product Performance monthly sales analysis based on various market data bases
• Work on trend and launch success statistical summary reports
• Assist with detail product analysis such as Color Shade Analysis, Competitor Trends, etc
• Interact with international markets and NPD Teams for specific analysis projects as assigned
• Further analytics & direction to include: Product Margin Reviews, Market Product Analysis,
Mthly Sales Results, Annual Product Results, Specific Market Analytics and other related product
and market specific related analysis
Skills and Specifications:
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task; detail-oriented; fast learner; well organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point skills
• Interest in the beauty industry and interest in cosmetics is a MUST!
Education and Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student
• Studies in business, economics, or mathematics related fields preferred but not required
