
Land –Acreage play projects - management of leasing including administration, Farmout agreements, JOA , assigned
interests - primarily Austin Chalk unconventional gas discoveries; and extensive Division Order Title curative.

Legal – In-house legal administration including interface with outside counsel, contract negotiations and preparation –
JOA, Farmout, AMI, Joint Interest Assignment, State Regulatory filing/permitting, and affiliate company legal
management.

Omni was formed in 2004 in Dallas, Texas as a private company. Omni reversed into a public (OTC Pink Sheets) company in
2006( OMOI.pk). The Company is involved in all phases of the upstream oil and gas industry in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma
and Alabama.

Land – Responsible for management of leasing, including administration, operating agreements, assigned interests and
JOA – over 12 prospects in Texas and Louisiana.

Legal - Responsible for in-house legal administration including retention and management of outside counsel, SEC
documentation overview, contract negotiations and preparation, and affiliate company legal and administration.
Responsible for completion of reverse merger with a public shell company and listing Omni on a stock exchange.
