Documents to Be Submitted By Selected
Scholars
 Copy of acceptance letter from approved foreign university as given in
the list below. This letter should show research duration up to six
months and amount of bench fee in foreign currency as given at:
http://www.hec.gov.pk/new/HRD/Foreign_fellowship/International_Res
earch_Support/howtoapply.htm
 Surety bond, every annex should be notarized properly (stamp, diary
number of concerned notary etc.) and complete in all respects. Copies
of CNIC’s of all witnesses, surety, guarantor of the surety and scholar
him/herself should be attached to respective pages.
 Specimen of the bond and agreement can be downloaded from:

 Scholars who have claimed exemption from Course work must submit
a letter from University authorities mentioning that no M.Phil degree
has been awarded by the institute after July 2005 before the final
award is issued.
Selected scholars are advised to submit their documents to undersigned.
Award letters will be issued after submission of required documents.
Last date for submission of documents for scholars selected in 7th meeting is
5th May, 2008.
