APPLICATION FOR STUDY LOAN
We hereby acknowledge receipt of your application for a study loan to study with (institution).
Financial assistance to study (course/ diploma/ degree) will be granted under the following conditions:
1) KBC will pay 100% of your tuition fee (value) on registration to study (course) (proof of registration
must be submitted to the Finance Department).
2) Should you fail to complete the course you will be liable to pay back 100% of the tuition fee
(value), paid by KBC Health and Safety.
3) Should you decide to leave the employ of KBC Health and Safety within (1 month for every R 500
paid) of completing your studies, you will be liable to pay back the full amount paid by KBC Health
and Safety in respect of the studies undertaken through (institution).
