Christopher Croft specializes in the investment sector of real estate–
both the sale and acquisition of properties for his clients. He is
located in the Columbia, Maryland, office and concentrates on small
capitalization properties ($10 million and under in value). He has
worked primarily on office, industrial and land, but has expertise in
retail and multi-family property types as well.
Career Highlights
Christopher brings over eight years of brokerage experience,
working on asset transactions in excess of $100 million. Christopher
has been a successful lobbyist in Washington, DC, initiating
landmark legislation and international treaty policy utilizing free
market incentives to protect marine wildlife and their habitat. Prior
to that, Mr. Croft worked as a Marine Biologist at sea in the Pacific,
Eastern Tropical Pacific, Sea of Cortez, Mexico, and the Bearing
Sea, Alaska.
