WAIVER OF LIABILITY RESPONSIBILITY
INDEMNIFICATION - To the extent permitted by law, participants hereby agree
to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Snowflake Parade
Committee, City of Cambridge, Armed Forces Reserve Community Center,
Cambridge Ambassador Program, School District #911, First Baptist Church,
and all their respective volunteers against all claims, loss or damages to
persons or property and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees), arising
out of or connected with the events of the day, including but not limited to, the
set-up, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of parade route or part
thereof, by participants, except those claims arising out of the sole negligence
or willful misconduct of the organizers.
By signing this waiver, the signer assumes the responsibility of informing all
persons in his/her group of this information.

To help defray the costs of the parade, we are accepting an OPTIONAL $10 entry fee.
Checks can be made out to “Snowflake Parade”.
Lighting in the line-up and tear-down areas may be minimal depending on your location. Be
prepared with flashlights!
Handouts/candy are welcomed as long as they are safely handed out and not thrown from a
moving vehicle.
Out of consideration for viewers near the end of the route, please keep your entry in the
street all the way to the end at 4th Avenue. Do not cut through the church campus!
Line-up information will be e-mailed to the designated contact person named on your
application by 11/17/15.
