Dr. Evil’s Graduation Report Card (Worth 1 BILLION dollars
)
It is with great sincerity that I, Dr. Evil (wa ha ha ha)
graduate HITLER, MUSSOLINI and STALIN with their PhD in EVIL. This
is a difficult task to achieve and only a few skillful people have
managed!
Some of the alumni include Emperor Nero, Genghis Khan, and
Saddham Hussein.
What is amazing about these following graduates is that they
managed to reek fear and havoc on the world without sharks with
frikin’ laser beams on their head! Amazing!
So attached is the report card of each student
You will see
what courses they took, what grade they got and the reasons why
they got such marks.
Unfortunately we are experiencing budget shortfalls in our
university. That’s right, my arch nemesis Austin Powers has seized
my foreign bank accounts. Therefore, the computer can only fill
half of the report card in. Individual teacher evaluation will
have to be hand written

that particular course with specifics from their lives to back up
