Z REALTY GROUP BROKERS NNN SALE OF WALMART
SUPERCENTER IN OHIO
FORT LEE, NJ (AUGUST 8, 2013) – Z Realty Group announced the firm has
successfully brokered the sale of a single tenant net-leased Walmart
Supercenter in Ohio to a private investor.
Zeynep “Z” Ekemen, Managing Principal at Z Realty Group, brokered the
transaction for the buyer in the all-cash transaction and EXP Realty Advisors
represented the seller.
“Z” commented, “This transaction represented an excellent opportunity for the
buyer to acquire a newly renovated building occupied by a credit top-tier
tenant with some of the strongest sales productivity in the world.”
The asset is ideally located along I-75, “Crossroads of America” interchange in
Troy, OH, and is part of the Troy Towne Shopping Center. The 201,000 sq. ft.
freestanding facility on 21.56 acres of land is 100% leased to Walmart Stores,
Inc.
