Dear Tween Parents,

We are so excited about this new tween group and we are so excited about your
child being in it.
!
On Saturday 30th November we are holding our first Tween event. This will be a
bowling social at Queensway Bowling Alley, Bayswater, London , W2 4QP.
!
Itinerary
9:20 – meet at CCF
9:30 sharp – leave CCF and go on public transport to the bowling alley
10:00 – arrive at bowling alley and have fun
11:30 – leave the bowling alley
Midday – arrive back at CCF
!
If you prefer to take your child to the bowling alley or if you would like to pick them
up from the bowling alley, please let Thomas or Mel know ahead of time.

Things to bring/wear

Good pair of socks for your bowling shoes
£7 cash for the bowling game
Oyster card if you are travelling by public transport
If travelling by public transport to wear a coat and other warm items of
clothing
Your parent permission slip attached (need to bring it on the day or you can
give it to Thomas or Mel before the event)
Please do not bring any electronic devices, mobile phones, valuables and any other
special items of clothing which may get lost or stolen. We can not be responsible if
anything happens to them. If you need to contact your child during the morning,
Thomas and Mel will both have their mobile phones.

To book your place, please contact Mel via email before midday on Thursday 28th
November.
