Americans Give Mixed Reviews to Public and Private Groups’ Information Security
A recent national opinion survey of United States adults revealed that Americans have widely
varying attitudes about the ability of key institutions to store information accurately and securely in
computer systems. Among the institutions covered in the survey were hospitals and medical clinics,
which received the highest public confidence scores in accuracy and security of information.
