Upon the sponsor’s approval by the Sponsorship Committee, the following is
required in order to receive full benefits during the sponsor year:

COMMITMENT DEADLINE - October 15, 2015
In order to receive recognition on the IMA-GMC website, banner & table tents,
and in the November issue of the News Ledger, please provide by October 31st:


If the sponsor is unable to meet advertisement submission deadlines, IMA-GMC
will print a sponsor’s logo and contact information in the designated ad space, if
information is on file.

High resolution company logo
Artwork must be camera-ready. JPEG or PNG format is preferred. Please do not
send your logo in a word processor format (i.e., Microsoft Word) – it decreases
the resolution of the image. Layout and printing services may be available as
needed, at an additional charge.
IMA-GMC will exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent an error or
omission in each advertisement. The sponsor shall be responsible to check all
ads if a proof is requested or provided. IMA-GMC’s liability for error will not
exceed the cost of the space contracted.
IMA-GMC reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel sponsorship at any time
at its sole discretion.
