HSBC Amanah Bank Account
The General Terms and Conditions for operations of HSBC Amanah Current Accounts and
Electronic Banking Services to be offered to customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, were
submitted by HSBC Amanah to the Shariah Committee (“Committee”)
The Committee, after an undertaking from the Bank’s management that these deposits will be
used only in accordance with Shariah guidelines, hereby approves the General Terms and
Conditions, after making necessary amendments. The interested persons may benefit from the
Amanah Current Accounts offered subject to these terms and conditions.
The Committee will annually review the current account operations to ensure their Shariah
compliance.
