HSBC Amanah Securities Services
The HSBC Amanah Central Shariah Committee (the ‘Shariah Committee’) has reviewed the
services, documentation and reporting of HSBC Amanah Securities Services, which will provide
the following services which will be Shariah compliant, subject to the review and approval of local
client on-boarding documents:

Global Custody:
includes the safekeeping of assets through Shariah compliant
cash accounts linked to custody, registration of securities/shares,
settlement, corporate actions, customised reporting, tax services
and market information.
`
Fund Administration:
includes Shariah compliant traditional and alternative fund
administration and transfer agency services.
`
Banking & Treasury:
includes Shariah compliant banking and treasury products and
services.
`
Shariah Advisory:
includes Shariah compliant advisory services relating to the
structuring of a fund, legal documentation and other related
processes in a Shariah compliant manner.
The Shariah Committee, on a periodic basis, will review the services being provided by HSBC
Amanah Securities Services and provide a Shariah compliance certificate.
Therefore, the Shariah Committee hereby declares that the services being provided by HSBC
Amanah Securities Services conform to the requirements of Shariah.
