OBJECTIVE
To obtain a part-time contract position that utilizes today’s technologies to produce quality web sties, web
applications, and mobile applications.
To work with a company that embraces cutting edge technology and is willing to look towards the everchanging world of IT/ Web Technologies.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
My background includes project management, programming, database design and management, web
page development, networking, and systems maintenance/administration. I am currently owner of Tony's
Help.com, LLC, a technical consulting firm.
My responsibilities at Forsyth Technical Community College were as a program coordinator for Web
Technologies and instructor in the Business Information Technologies Division and resource for the
Network Operating Systems and Visual Basic classes. I taught several web, programming, and
management information system classes. I was in charge of over 160+ students academic performance
in the program. I was also responsible for establishing and teaching new, up-to-date technology in the
program, such as: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, XAMPP, ASP.Net 4.0, Wordpress, Adobe CS
5.0 and 5.5, Android and Apple mobile development using Eclipse, PhoneGap, JAVA, and Objective C.
While at ECPI University, my responsibilities included but are not limited to: Curriculum developer for the
CIS department(14+ Campuses), Online Assistance and Orientation coordinator(Greensboro), Externship
Coordinator, Head Web Instructor, Macintosh Guru, Adobe Guru, Web Design and Development club
Advisor, Mobile Application Development Club Advisor (future).
While at WSSU, I was in part responsible for managing the conversion of the former html/ASP website
into a Microsoft Content Management System - database driven website using Asp.Net / C#. This
includes working with graphic designers, outside vendors, web developers and their software
requirements for their PCs / Macs.
My main strengths are my ability to analyze all aspects of customer issues and provide solutions, my
dependability to complete tasks in a timely manner, my ability to generate successful relationships with
constituents, and work with multiple projects from their infancy to their full implementation. I also enjoy
knowledge transfer to the students, and ensuring that the students are prepared for the workforce after
graduation.
