WATER SUPPLY DISRUPTION
SECTIONS OF ST CATHERINE AND CLARENDON AFFECTED
NWC customers in Old Harbour, St. Catherine are presently without their regular water supply
as a result of a 12-inch broken main on the Rhoden Hill transmission line.
Areas affected include: Claremont, New Harbour Village, Old Harbour Town, Presidential
Estate, Aviary and Blackwood Gardens.
Repairs are presently being carried out and restoration of regular water supply is expected on
or before Thursday, January 21, 2016.
Meanwhile, customers in the Kellits area of Clarendon are without their service due to a
mechanical fault affecting the Kellits Pumping Station.
Affected areas are:
Kellits, Crofts Hill, Good Hope, Tait Pedro, Rhoden Hall, Guava Ground, Hickery, Comsie and
Jericho.
The National Water Commission regrets any inconvenience caused and assures customers that
every effort is being made to restore service within the shortest possible time.
