to use:
1. Any student who brings in a recycled item gets to sign the
Recycling Tree or students can be provided with a leaf that
can be glued to the tree.
2. When the promotion is over the Recycling Tree can be
laminated, (this could be a start of an annual Recycling Tree
promotion) which can grow and be a permanent part of the
Recycling Tree Forest.
instructions:
1. Print out this sheet for your template.
2. Copy to a transparency.
3. Tape butcher paper to wall, adjust tree size to your liking with
an overhead projector, trace, cut and glue onto poster board
or hang on bulletin board.
This could be done with an art class, student council, or any
group of kids. More involvement from students will create a
more supportive/recycling student body.
