Prepare & Sales and marketing plan. Defining objectives, target market & segmentation. Monitor Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, sales per customer/transaction, average spent, and
use this data to highlight areas for improvement. Ensuring execution of marketing plans and major launches.
