“Rejoice With Me”
Don’t cry for me, hush up right now,
I’ve journeyed home to get my crown.
I’ve fought so long and now I’ve won,
My life’s nowhere near over.
So don’t cry for me, dry your eyes, my dear,
Oh, did I mention, it’s nice up here?
I fly with angels, and sleep on clouds,
And I walk streets of gold.
So, don’t you cry for me.
I’ll just be waiting,
For you to get here!
“Whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.” John 11:26
