Materials ready for printing are sent in English and Russian languages on paper and as electronic data (on flexible disc
3,5" or by e-mail) by attached files of RTF or DOC format. The title of the attached file with materials (8 with Roman letters)
must be that of the surname of the first author (for example: PETROV.RTF).
For Russian versions of the report it’s necessary to attach the title, surnames and initials of authors and organizations
they work at and a summary in English. As for English versions it’s necessary to attach the same information in Russian.
Material volume mustn’t be more than 5 pages of size A4 with edges 2,5 cm on all sides including tables, illustration
and list of reference. The text is printed in word-processor Word for Windows (version 6.0 and above) with Times New Roman
Cyr, 12, onefold interline interval. There should be no foldings in the text, full justification, 1 cm indent in paragraph. Title
centring and texts’ paragraphs are made with Word. Enumerated and tagged lists shouldn’t be used. Tables and pictures must be
black and white (it’s preferably to use hatch or shading). Pictures must be sent as attached files in JPG or TIF format.
Subscriptions to pictures are made with Times New Roman Cyr,10, and are sent with an attached file. Pictures references and
tables are given in round brackets (pic. 1), (table 2) and references to the literature in square brackets [1]. The list of references
must be in alphabetic arrangement, Times New Roman Cyr, italic type, 10 and it must be separated from the main body of the
text with line skip. Pages are not numbered. The first author must present no more than two reports. Coauthorship in other reports
is not restricted.
Organising committee reserves the right to reject materials not corresponding to the subject. Working languages are
Russian, English. To demonstrate multimedia data reporters must have electronic version of demonstration material
on electronic media.
Reports representation period - till 30-th of June 2010.
Organisational fee of 500 rubles used for organizational publishing costs payout is paid in the process of
registration. Postgraduates, students and pensioners are granted a remission of fee.
