Abstract
This contribution presents a replacement for the current PN-3-0196 CII Abstract Syntax and
provides a content delivery Abstract Syntax module for PN-3-0196 based on T1.678.

Discussion
The desire is to utilize the T1.678 CII messages for VoIP call event reporting andto utilize the T1.678
delivery method for the cdma2000 VoIP content delivery. delivery method for cdma2000 VoIP content

Recommendation
1. Add the included Abstract Syntax Modules as Annex B to PN-3-096
2. Add a branches to the cdma2000 Object Tree (section 6.1) for the following
cc-voip(3)
3. Change the branch name in the cdma2000 Object Tree (section 6.1) as follows:
cii-sip(2) to cii-voip(2)
Note the name of the cdma2000 CII module has been changed as follows:
1) CDMA2000-SIP-CII-Module to CDMA2000-VoIP-CII-Module
2) cii-sip(2) to voip(2)
