Declaration of the manufacturers forming a pool
(A joint declaration signed by all the members of the pool)
We hereby inform the European Commission that we have agreed to form a pool for the
purposes of meeting the obligations under Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 510/2011 setting
emission performance standards for new light commercial vehicles as part of the
Community's integrated approach to reduce CO2 emissions from light-duty vehicles.
1. The manufacturers who will be included in the pool [name of the pool]:

3. The pool manager:

The pool manager will be the contact point for the pool and will be responsible for paying any
excess emissions premium imposed on the pool in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation
(EU) No 510/2011.
4. We hereby declare that the pool manager will be able to fulfil the obligations under Article
7(2)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 510/2011 and accept, as members of the pool, joint and several
liability to pay any excess emissions premiums imposed on the pool. This liability shall apply
for the duration of the agreement to form a pool.
5. We hereby declare that we the undersigned are legally empowered to represent the
members of the pool respectively. To the best of our knowledge the information stated in this
declaration is true and accurate.

The maximum duration of each agreement shall not exceed five calendar years, and must be
entered into on or before 31 December in the first calendar year for which emissions are to be
pooled (Article 7 (2) of Regulation (EU) No 510/2011)
