Graduating seniors are offered several different options for recognition at the annual Teen Conference.

that will be presented (read out loud)
by the Master of Ceremonies at the
Senior Banquet.
Senior families may purchase
additional tickets for banquet guests.

Senior Mothers can select either option. The Senior Banquet Presentation Form is mandatory for all
seniors that are registered for Teen Conference.

be CAMERA READY Artwork/Copy and saved in a .doc or .docx format. A hard copy of your journal ad
should be included with your payment submission.

Electronic Submissions of your ad should be uploaded to the Dropbox Folder.
Payment for all ads or patrons must be submitted no later than May 10, 2015 by money order, certified
check or chapter check payable to: Jack and Jill of America, Inc., South Central Region and must
accompany the ad form. NO personal checks will be accepted.
One copy of ad form along with payment must be mailed to Regional Treasurer Morris-Parker, 5918
Lookout Mountain Dr., Austin, TX 78731-3658. A copy of the check and the ad form must be emailed to
