Completing Maryland Student Record Cards for Graduating Seniors
Following the procedures below will assist in the efficient close-out of student records for graduating
seniors.
Step 1: Pull Graduating Seniors Cumulative Record Folders
Step 2: Verify the student record cards for accuracy and completeness.
Student Record Card 1
Side 1 is complete and contains all required data.
Side 2 has been updated with the 12th grade data.
Student Record Card 2
Side 1 Service learning hours in the appropriate box.
Side 2 includes updated HSA data
Side 2 all requested data have been completed and
includes the principal’s or designee’s signature
indicating the student’s completion of high school.
All test labels have been properly affixed.
Step 3: Attach final transcripts, as well as copies of SAT and other test reports have been placed behind
SRC 3. The EXIT documents for students with disabilities, the exit documents are also filed behind SRC 3.
Step 4: Please Graduating Seniors Cumulative Record Folders in a secure storage location at the school
for future access
Step 5: Complete the “Completion and Close-Out of Student Records of Graduating Seniors” and
submit to Office of Student Records no later than August 14, 2015.
