CONDITIONS
STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide Dam owner with a complete 3 generation pedigree of the dog
2. Take normal proper care of the Dam while in our charge
3. Have the Stud dog in good physical condition
4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to Dam owner.
5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same Dam if no pregnancy results from the mating, at no charge. To receive the
return service, the Dam owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, not more than 70 days following the
mating.
If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a
different stud to the Dam owner.
6. Provide the Dam owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.
7. Show current brucellosis testing taken within 10 days of breeding to a 5280 stud.

Dam OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the Dam is serviced.
2. Provide a 3 generation pedigree before servicing.
3. Send Dam in good health and in season.
4. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so
will result in no return service being provided.
5. Keep the Dam properly cared for following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is
finished.
6. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with the business
of resale or wholesale of dogs.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. IF ONLY ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM THIS MATING, A RETURN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THIS SAME DAM AT
HER NEXT HEAT, OR WITHIN ONE YEAR, PROVIDED ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT HAVE BEEN MET.

The rule of thumb on stud service prices is the fee is the equivalent of the price of a puppy. This may vary based on the record of
the dog's previous production results, and colors they carry. The cost of the shipping of the dam should not alter the stud fee.
Shipping is a the expense of the dam’s owner.
Artificial Insemination applies to the above contract set forth, and can be performed , or administered by breeders, loss of
sperm, or improper handling of sperm responsibility of the Dams owner.
Fees are Non-Refundable.
