If the stud fee of $1500.00 is agreed upon by both parties, the monies will be collected at the time of the breeding or
when the specimen is collected from the veterinarian of the Sire’s owner’s choice.
If receiving the pick of the liter is agreed upon, the puppy will be chosen no later than six weeks of age.
This contract guarantees the actual mating or shipped specimen of listed dogs only and not of pregnancy or puppies. No
fee will be refunded should dam fail to whelp. Three puppies whelped live constitute a litter. If three puppies do not
survive to 8 weeks, the right of choice of puppy will be a next breeding. A free service will be given by the same stud at
the next heat of the same dam if written/oral notice is given to stud owner within 90 days of breeding date. Unless such
notice is given, the return service is cancelled. If stud is not available, if dam changes ownership, or fails to conceive
after return service this contract is terminated.
Fresh or Frozen Semen: Certified viable semen will be provided to a licensed Veterinarian chosen by the dam’s owner.
Dam’s owner is responsible for ALL costs once semen specimen is in the hands of Dam’s veterinarian. ALL SEMEN WILL
BE INSEMINATED INTO THE ONE DAM AGREED UPON, RESULTING IN ONE LITTER. ANY EXCESS SEMEN WILL BE
DESTROYED. All kits and semen extender for shipping are to be provided by the stud’s owner of the veterinarian the
stud’s owner uses. Kit’s must be returned in good condition to the stud owner.
There are NO cash refunds.
Owner of the Dam is responsible for any veterinary expenses acquired during Dams pregnancy.
Both parties agree to all the above agreements and terms.
