2. BHRS Redesign – feelings are that it will go the way of STAP
a. Note for every 15 min for TSS
b. TSS has decreased by 5 million dollars in one year 2012 calendar year
c. RCPA will facilitate a meeting regarding BHRS about Outcome measures related to TSS and
AGENDA ITEMS

BHRS State Workgroup is discussing the use of BHRS in the schools Impact in change of
decreased TSS and PHP reductions
Look at Allegheny Health Choices stats on BHRS
Reportedly there are fewer child in Allegheny County

3. Should we look into alternative services for BHRS to provide “support”
a. Chronic Care Management for autism?
b. Low functioning children – Hab Aide?
c. What resources are available? Can we get someone to talk to this group about this?
What is out there and what is available?
4. Invite Sherry Schaffer and Georgianne Palaoro or other county representative to our June
meeting
a. What would they like to see from providers in 2015? What directions should we
focus our attention? What systems changes do they anticipate over the next year?
b. Block Grant and children services?
c. What is the Trauma Informed Care movement’s future? How can CAP support it in

definition and financial support.

away from fee for service - case rate – behavioral health treatment homes?
5. Dr. Walter Smith or Bruce Noel - Is there a plan to train agencies about the changes to the
Childline reporting process/requirements?
a. False reporting issues – family damage.
