Assessment of 2nd European seminar H.O.P.E. Atelier3 (Traduction : GOOGLE)
This assessment is voluntarily brief, because the first topic of new forum Internet HOPE presented at
Remiremont, is precisely the evaluation of the seminar, with proposals for the near future. These four
days gathered 20 hospital teachers, resulting from 6 European countries; all were declared very
satisfied with their stay and the activities suggested. They were said also impressed by the quality of
the installations romarimontaines (hospital and college), however modest by the size. It is necessary
to underline their implication, and to point out their financial investment (displacement and lodging
being with their load).
Activities.
The had aims were achieved. Each one could control the tools of transformation of digital images; it
is then envisaged a reinvestment with the pupils. The tools of communication were presented, even if
there were no time to us to do it in an exhaustive way. Each one set out again with the codes,
addresses and password necessary to a communication of the forum type on the site www.connect-tohope.net. For the moment, three colleagues (F, B and GB) are in charge of the role of webmaster.
Conference.
After the thanks with the various partners, the speakers envisaged expressed themselves in front of a
room with half filled (an about sixty people, but only one score of teachers). Honoured with the
presence of Mr. President Poncelet, then of Mr. Regional Adviser of Lorraine, the speakers knew to
underline the interest of the topics presented: the hospital, the SAPAD, HOPE... The presence of a
regulator would have contributed to animate the debates more amply, but there would then have been
no time us!
Prolongations.
The logical continuation of the seminar is the continuation of work on digital images with our
hospitalized pupils. Then of the mutualiser by using new Internet site. A contest of choice of images
in the various hospitals could be proposed to the children after the holidays. Certain schools even plan
to launch out in a Comenius project. The photographs and the programs necessary will be available
soon by remote loading on: www.connect-to-hope.net the atelier3 will try to be structured more by
proposing a "person resource" in each European country. Lastly, the colleagues of the Apple-brandy
proposed the hospital of Lisieux to accomodate the 3rd meeting of the atelier3 of HOPE in autumn
2006.
