aims at developing a scale to measure Work-Health conflict.

o Research seeks to understand the stereotypes, identity management strategies, and outcomes
of identity management strategies used by individuals with psychological disorders.
o Sustain a key role in every aspect of the research, including: creation of an Institutional
Review Board application, literature reviews, development of hypotheses, design of surveys,
creation of measures, recruitment of participants, analyzing both quantitative and qualitative
data, and writing a scientific paper.

o Our mission is to recover surplus medical products and distribute them to relief agencies
