Siemens Molecular Imaging is looking for a talented graduate to join their advanced applications software
project management team, based in the heart of Oxford.
Siemens Molecular Imaging is a pioneer in the development of new medical scanners, imaging techniques
& applications. The software written in Oxford processes the images from SPECT, PET and CT scanners
and enables doctors to visualize the biology of diseases such as cancer, heart-disease and dementia.
The job of the Project Management team is to ensure that new software applications are successfully
delivered to the sales group, meeting the high standards required in the medical industry. The role would
involve
o
Creating reports on the status of projects
o
Tracking the allocation of resources to projects
o
Collecting metrics on projects.
o
Implementing new tools and process improvements
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experiences of many whole project
lifecycles. On the job training will be provided so candidates must be keen to learn new skills.
The skills & experience that we are looking for are:

Minimum of a 2:2 degree in a technical subject, or equivalent combination
education and experience
·
Amenable, friendly, good team player with an ability to propose solutions
independently.
·
Ability to pick up new skills and apply quickly
·
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·
Well organized and excellent attention to detail
·
Enthusiastic interest in project management and medical imaging
