Abstract
The abstract must be at the top left
column as it is here, under the author
information. The abstract is to be justified,
italicized text, 10-point Times and single-spaced
type. Leave one line blank after the abstract.
Keywords: Keywords are your own designated
keywords.

3.3 Body Text
We hope to create a single, high quality look for
all the documents of the conference. For this, we
ask that the authors follow simple guidelines
stated below.
Kindly use a 10-point Times Roman font singlespaced. Incase can’t use Times Roman; use other
font, as close as possible in appearance to Times
Roman. Right margins should be justified, not
ragged. Be sure your text is fully justified—that
is, flush left and flush right. Please do not place
any additional blank lines between paragraphs.

4. First Order Heading
The submitted paper should be a camera-ready
copy. All material on each page should fit within
a rectangle of 18 x 23.5 cm (7" x 9.25"), centered
on the page, beginning 2.54 cm (1") from the top
of the page and ending with 2.54 cm (1") from
the bottom. The right and left margins should be
1.9 cm (.75”). The text should be in two 8.45 cm
(3.33") columns with a .83 cm (.33") gutter.
Same as the above heading, the first order
heading should be 12-point bold, Times Roman,
with one blank line before the heading.

4.1 Second Order Heading
Same as the above heading should be 11-point
bold, Times Roman, with one blank line before
the heading.

4.1.1 Third Order Heading
3.1 Title
The main title should be centered, and in Times
Roman 14-point. Capitalize the first letter of
nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs;
do
not
capitalize
articles,
coordinate
conjunctions, or prepositions (unless the title
begins with such a word). Leave one blank line
after the title.
Same as the above heading should be 10-point
bold, Times Roman, with one blank line before
the heading. Same guidelines should be used for
the other (lower) order heading.
5. Illustrations
3.2 Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
Tables and figures captions should be 10- point,
Times Roman. Callouts should be 10-point,
Times Roman. Initially capitalize only the first
word of each table and figure caption.
Author name(s) and affiliation(s) are to be
centered beneath the title and printed in Times
Roman 12-point. Multiple authors may be shown
5.1 Tables
Table titles are to be centered at the top of the
page. Incase of a table wider than one column,
don’t reduce to one column. Instead use two
columns at the top of the page.
5.2 Figures
Figure captions are to be below the figures.
Scanned images, e.g., line art, photos, etc., can
be used if the output resolution is at least 600
dpi. All figure and illustrations should be in
black and white.
6. Reference and Citations
List and numbered all the references at the end of
the article, ordered alphabetically by first author,
and referenced by numbers in brackets [1].
