FC/04/183: MINUTES
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Finance meeting held on 19th March 2014,
copies of which had been previously circulated to members were adopted and signed
as a true record.
Proposed Cllr Murphy, Seconded Cllr Wright
Matters arising under minutes:
The RFO contacted SBC and has obtained a rebate in the sum of £9732.64 for
overpayment of rates since 2010. A new bill for 2014/15 giving small business relief on
the rates has been generated in the sum of £464.
Cllr's thanked the RFO for obtaining this rebate.
FC/04/184: Finance Chair/RFO report.
There were no reports for this meeting.
FC/04/185: Decision on Monthly Expenditure.
It was proposed Cllr Murphy, seconded Cllr Wright and RESOLVED to recommend to
full parish that the expenditure of £14,593.88 for the period 1st March to 31st March be
approved.
FC/04/186: N.A.G Request for equipment in Sensory Garden at the Britwell Centre.
It was proposed Cllr Wright, seconded Cllr Janice Finn and RESOLVED that the
Clerk write to the NAG group and request a full list of items required and to
ascertain when this garden is expected to be completed.
There being no further business, the Chair thanked the Members for attending and the
meeting closed at 8.55 pm
