Minutes of Meeting of 13 th June 2012 – Agreed
Matters arising from previous minutes – nurse practitioner proving very popular and a great help with the workload. Producing the leaflets and the articles in the local magazines appear to have helped.
Actions from survey – New leaflet regarding sign post to services, all other items on course to be completed
– revisit November.
New Survey – Agreement reached on new format, to start ASAP to ensure we get the greatest number of replies. Member of PPG to collect from reception at Bullock Fair on or after 6 th August. To try and set up on the website. Mr Hart is happy to use the ‘A’ frame in town handing out the surveys
(to confirm with GPs).
Newsletter – to add new sign post leaflet, look at changing the format.
Surgery News – Dr Kemp and Dr Valori leaving in October.
AOB – ‘No more than two items’ message removed from phone message and reception script. Mr Pye to write backing up local MPs regarding the local ambulance service.
