1. Cloning- to replicate a cell, cell product, or organism that is
genetically identical to its parent unit.
2. DNA- Deoxyribonucleic acid, a self replicating material present in
nearly all living organisms as the main part of chromosomes. It is the
carrier of genetic materials
3. Propagation- the spreading (or influence) of something throughout
regions
B. Analysis of Proposition/Establish Values
1. Better genetic characteristics among flocks and herds.
2. Helps biomedical researches with animals and humans
3. Can help recreate extinct animals and keep other endangered
species alive
C. Argument #1: It can help identify genetic mutations in humans
1. Because clones are the same as their parents, scientists would be
able to infect and fight diseases with the cloned animal to see how the
cloned subject would react to medication
2. The process of getting a certain medication through would be
quickened and could possibly save lives that didn’t need to end
