SPECIALIZATION General mineralogy, petrology of magmatic rocks, petrology of
pegmatites, melt and fluid inclusions in minerals.
FIELD OF RESEARCH INTEREST
Analysis of geological issues related to mineral deposition from magmatic and hydrothermal
fluids on the basis of mineralogy and fluid inclusion study. Recent research is focused on the
geochemistry and evolution fluid-rich felsic magmatic systems from the Earth interior up to surface
volcanism.
