1. Read the Food and Environment chapter and handouts. (20 minutes)

2. Distribute small recycling bins to small houses/ office building.

Distribute 4-5 bins to small houses. You can leave the bins at the entrance if you cannot get in.

Please track each night, if you ate any dairy, eggs or meat during that day. (Just tally it for each day)
