FACILITY DECOMMISSIONING
Vacating an office will likely require
decommissioning to some extent. Our
goal, given enough time, is to develop a
plan that focuses on meeting your end of
lease requirements while maintaining best
environmental practices. Through the
combined efforts of furniture dealers,
recyclers, and waste management
companies we can develop a plan to
handle the removal and processing of
your no longer needed assets. A safe
budget for decommissioning costs would
range from $1.00 to $1.50 per sq.ft.
