Mississippi Gulf Coast Memorial Day Blowout
Vendor Agreement
Vendor set-up is Wednesday of the Blowout week. Proceed directly to the entrance
of the Dragway after 8:00am. You must be on site and set up by 8:00am on Friday
of the Blowout unless other arrangements have been made or your spot will be sold
or filled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Utilities provided: Limited Lots with Electricity are available for an additional fee
of 100.00 plus lot rent for the weekend, all other lots will have to provide their own
generator. No water or sewer hook-ups
Vendor lot prices: 10X10 $300.00, 10X20 400.00, 10X30 500.00, 10X40 600.00,
additional sizes available please call for pricing.
Arm bands must be purchased separately. If campers extend beyond size of lot
rented then they will have to be relocated to the camper area.
Spaces and vendor types will be limited
No part of your set-up may extend beyond purchased space. (Tent tie downs, Trailer
hitches, Campers, Canopies, Etc.) Free parking behind your space maybe available
for vehicles not being used once the event starts.
Rules:
50% deposit {check or money order} must accompany vendor application by April
30th. All balances will be paid in cash before setup. NO EXCEPTIONS! Check-out
time is 10am Monday after the Blowout.
Please try to leave dogs at home. Contact Vendor Rep for any other arrangements.
Be responsible for any and ALL Mississippi Sales Tax, Track personnel
will be collecting taxes on sales so you are responsible for keeping a
record of your sales and 7% will be collected by the track staff.
Sell only items noted on application. You may not sell any food or beverages. (This
includes but is not limited to bottled water and soft drinks).
Area must be clean when event is over. Any ruts or holes must be filled in, trash
picked up and removed etc….
All vendors must comply with MS STATE LAWS concerning their craft or trade.
All tattoo artists must have MS STATE PERMIT and pass inspection by Mississippi
Department of Health prior to opening for business.
Pre-paid spaces cannot be sold or traded. Only the original vendor may use their
space. NO SUB-LETTING.
No Refunds will be made for any reason, any cancellation, removal for cause, or act
of god.
Failure to abide by the rules as determined by ASGARD MC will result in removal
from the event and all fees will be forfeited.
Exclusives will be granted at our discretion (we will limit certain items, so get your
applications in early).
We do not license our Blowout Logo, our registered trademark names,
initials or registered trademark artwork on any merchandise items at
the event or elsewhere. Anyone caught using our name, or offering
official or event merchandise for sale without prior approval will be
asked to leave the premises and subject to legal action.

Also, I will not hold event or event organizers responsible for loss due to damage or theft.
