Before sending your order to 1st BASE, please check that you have:

Prepared ≥ 3 – 5 µg DNA template in either TE or 10mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0) Elution Buffer

Purified DNA meets OD260/280= 1.8 to 2.0

Prepared ≥ 100 µl of 10 µM primer in 1x TE buffer

Prepared samples in 1.5ml microcentrifuge tubes with at least 10 µl of contents. Each tube should be clearly labeled using a permanent
marker, with caps sealed with parafilm. DNA should be shipped 4oC.
Optional: If PCR Optimization has been done before, please attach PCR setup, thermal cycling condition, labelled gel photo for our reference
