Corrective Action Plan

This “Corrective Action Plan” will be used to summarize all facility non-conformity and to document a
corrective action plan that both the monitor and the facility management believe is reasonable to ensure
conformity, realignment and continuous adherence with the principles and local laws.
This form should be used in the following manner:
 Document all non conformities individually on the form below, prior to the closing meeting and then
use the form as an agenda point during the closing meeting;
 During the closing meeting, go through the findings with the factory management; ask the management
to formulate a corrective action plan;
 Document the corrective action plan and the person who is to be responsible for the corrective action to
be taken;
 Non conformities must be rated on the individual corrective action request as follows:
o Major: a significant breach of a WRAP principle with a detrimental effect on worker rights
and/or safety.
o Minor: issues which should be improved for the increased welfare of workers.
o Historic: issues that where found during records review but are no longer current.
o Observations: Statements outside scope of the Audit which may be useful, e.g: moving towards
a nonconformity no internal monitoring undertaken actions taken to correct a nonconformity. .
 Both parties should sign and date the form.
